What’s happening in Las Vegas this week? A lot of fun fun fun!
Wednesday-Saturday: Asian Culture Day – Make history and participate in the states first Asia Culture Day. The mission is to educate everyone about the rich cultural heritage through food, music and a variety of arts. Looks like a fun event. (They had me at food though.)
Thursday: Norwegian Constitution Day Celebration – Ever thought about climbing into a full size Viking ship? Here’s your chance along with getting to taste Norwegian delicacies on Norwegian Constitution Day in Boulder City. There will be people dressed in Norwegian folk costumes, a DJ, games for the kids and more.
Thursday: Third Thursday – It’s a live art throwdown, with food and drink (can you say $25 all you can drink beer? I knew you could) with street games and more. Admission is free.

Goodbye Hello Yellow Brick Road! Playing every Thursday in the Veil Pavilion at the Silverton. Don’t miss them. Admission is free with a Silverton Rewards Card or $10 without.

Friday & Saturday: 1st Annual African Cultural Festival
Friday-Sunday: Electric Daisy Carnival – The Electric Daisy Carnival is over at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The event has been moved up this year as they hope that the cooler temps (relatively) should make for a more comfortable time for everyone, and a safer event. Have you ever been?
